One leg vertical jumping? - leg extensions bad

So far I've only done calf raises, squats, lunges, squat jumps and leaps. I read somewhere that the best exercises one leg to move to (in an attempt to have dunk) slam: A legs deadweight, a squat legs, buttocks lift Ham, leg extensions and a hyper.

I've never been one of these exercises, and I am interested in starting a new session contained therein.

My questions are: • Is it effective exercises in the explosion of a vertical jump of the legs? If not, what are the exercises?

• How can a simple extension of super-Legged?

• Are squats bad for the start or feet bounce?

I am a month earlier, 16 and 190 cm (6'3). I can very easily the wrist on the edge of a basketball and fell several times into a ring slightly lower.

Without ceasing to be effective, must not be sufficient to link his troops to make this transition. Go with one leg vertical force relies on more power and reactive power reference for what you need to get some Plyos in your routine. You also need a strong functional core and hip flexors explosives with good mobility.
